この 寝る前 という何でもない事 これが今回のテーマ？である。
さて 皆さん 寝る前は何をしていますか？単刀直入に言われたらあまりにも自然すぎてよくわからん。
これが正直な答えだと思う。僕は 本を読んで寝ます。終了。
これで、終わったら、意味が無いんやけど（笑） 僕は、灯りがあったら基本的に寝れない人なんす。
真っ暗闇が寝るのに必要なんやね。布団に潜り込んで、目を閉じるこの瞬間・・・。
天井を見つめて、やっぱり、目を閉じる。終了。
だから、これで終われないんやけど（笑） この目を閉じてから、色々とわかる事がある。
あー、俺、何かが、ざわついているとか、緊張しているとか、疲れているとか。
一日のメンタル面が、よく、わかるのだ。結構、自分じゃ、気付いていない事って多いんだよね。
たまに、ひらめき君も訪れる。そう、これだよ！ってヤツ。格好良く言えば、自分探しってヤツ？
あー、書いてて恥ずかしくなっっちた（笑）
眠りに入る前って、感情が穏やかな波を描くでしょ？たぶん。
感情がスパークしていたら、寝付けないわけだよ。
寝る前は、素の自分と向かい合えるわけだ。起きていたら、なかなか冷静になれない。
特に、ワタクシは、カッカしてしまう事が多い。カルシウムが不足している。
疲れていたら、いきなり、グーって寝入ってしまうけど、如何せん、寝る前の儀式？は、
大きなワタクシのファクターとなっているのである。
一方、この感情を、どこに持っていけば、いいの？
どうしようもないわ・・・っていう時は、寝るのが、非常に厄介なんだな。これが。
だから、不眠症の方は、とっても大変だと思います。本気で思います。

自分は寝るのが大好きというか幸福を感じる時ですね。でも、一度何か思いついたり、考え始めたりすると脳が高速回転で活動し始め気づいたら朝方になっていた何てことが・・・う～ん 自分もぐっすり眠れる時とそうでない時の差が激しい・・・ 寝る前に瞑想するのがいいのかも（笑い）
